Return & Exchange

We hope you love your Arzopa products, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return and exchange process easy and hassle-free.

How long do I have to return or exchange my purchases?

You may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of receiving the product. Depending on product availability, items may be exchanged for an item of equal value.

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following situations:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear and tear, damage, dents, scratches, missing manuals (where applicable), warranties, accessories, etc.
  • Items with visible scuffs or marks, and free gifts.

Once the returned item arrives at Arzopa’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team.

Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

Returns Procedure

  1. Contact the Arzopa customer service team by email at support@arzopa.com to obtain a return shipping address or a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
  2. Please include your order number and the reason(s) for initiating the return.
  3. Choose your preferred logistics company at your own cost, or use the prepaid shipping label (if applicable) to mail the package.
  4. Properly pack the product to reduce potential damage during transport. After shipping the product(s), please inform us by email.
  5. Arzopa will process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle.
  6. Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.

Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.).

For returned items, a full refund will be issued for defective products. For non-defective items, the refund will exclude all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.

Return Shipping Cost

For products with manufacturing defects:
Arzopa.com will be responsible for shipping fees (up to 10 USD). Contact our customer service team to begin the return process.

For products without manufacturing defects:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notice:

  • Please do not include your address on the package. Doing so may affect the return process.
  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with the original packaging. Arzopa does not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Arzopa Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Please double-check your returns before shipping. Arzopa will not be held responsible for the return of non-Arzopa products.
