Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages under the following circumstances:

  • Damage caused by you or any unauthorized third party.
  • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or abnormal conditions of use.
  • Damage caused by external faults or any accidents.
  • Damage caused by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Arzopa.
  • Normal wear and tear of the equipment.
  • Unavailable order information.
  • Purchases made from unauthorized Arzopa stores or platforms.
1-year Limited Warranty

The limited warranty applies for a period of 1 year from the date of the original purchase. The order confirmation showing the purchase date serves as proof of purchase. Your purchase website or Arzopa authorized distributor may require proof of purchase in order to provide warranty service.

This warranty does not cover any loss or damage caused by improper use, installation, misuse, negligence, modification, unauthorized third-party changes, improper environment, or other violations of regulations. In these cases, the product or service warranty will not be extended.

If the product fails during proper use within the warranty period, Arzopa reserves the right to replace the defective part or the entire product with new or refurbished replacement parts.

Arzopa does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product. The warranty only covers faults or malfunctions that occur under normal use conditions during the warranty period, as well as any defects in materials or workmanship.
