1. Check Compatibility
Make sure the port of your phone supports DP transmission. If it does, your phone can be connected to Arzopa portable monitor via a wired connection. If not, you will have the option of wireless connection.
2. Wired Connection
-
USB-C to USB-C: If your phone is compatible with the monitor, you can connect them via the included full-featured USB C-C cable. It is recommended to plug in an extra power supply for the monitor, which enables reverse powering of your phone from the monitor.
-
Using an Adapter: Common ports of smartphones include Lightning for the iPhone, which can also allow the phone to be connected to the Arzopa portable monitor. You connect one end of the adapter to the iPhone's Lightning port and the other end to Arzopa's MiniHDMI port via the HDMI-MiniHDMI cable. However, this method has some drawbacks. The adapter can be relatively expensive, and it may not support all features of the Arzopa portable monitor or the iPhone's display capabilities. For instance, some advanced video formats or high refresh rates may not be supported.
3. Wireless Connection
Chromecast:
Wirelessly cast content from your phone to the Arzopa portable monitor via Chromecast and the HDMI-MiniHDMI converter.
