How to Change Brightness on Arzopa Portable Monitor?

    Open the menu with the "OSD" button on the side of the monitor, and then find the "BRIGHTNESS" in "BRIGHTNESS" menu. Please note that after setting the brightness, you need to press the "OSD" button to save the settings.

    Note: If you encounter a situation where the option for brightness is grayed out and can't be adjusted, please make sure that "HDR" and "DCR" are both "OFF" and "ECO" is set to "STANDARD". Or you can simply click "RESET" in "OSD SETTING".

    Then you can try to adjust the brightness again.

    I've just received my Z1RC and I can't reduce the brightness. The option is there (not greyed out) and it toggles up and down, but makes no difference.

    The camera has only worked for about two weeks and now there is nothing but I white screen. I have unplugged it. I have plugged it back up. I have unplugged it and have plugged back up with no results whatsoever. There is either something wrong with the picture frame or I need a new one because this was a Christmas present and I am just a little bit disappointed.
